It’s the luck of the Irish!
Looking for a festive, green-inspired recipe to celebrate the luckiest day of the year? This Irish Shamrock Bark is super simple and will definitely wow your friends and family. St. Patrick’s Day is one of my favorite holidays - who doesn’t love pots of gold and rainbows? So let’s celebrate this holiday with some festive treats…
You will need:
- Baking sheet
- 2 bags of white chocolate morsels
- Mint Oreo cookies
- Sprinkles (preferably green)
- Coconut oil
Directions: Begin by breaking apart the Oreos into small pieces and spreading on the baking pan. Next, you will need to melt the chocolate, but do it slowly so it doesn’t burn! It should take about 2 minutes but check every 30 seconds and stir. Once the chocolate is melted, cover the Oreos on the baking sheet and smooth it over with a spatula. Top with sprinkles and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to harden. Break into pieces and enjoy!
